Growing up, I was no beacon of health. Although I played three sports in highschool, I was always known by my peers as the "fat kid". Through nutrition ignorance and lack of education I spent my entire childhood clinically obese. Finally as a 17 year old, I tipped the scales at 310 pounds! That was it, I knew something had to change, and fast.

Through discipline and dedication in and out of the gym, I redefined myself. I was lean. I was strong. I was faster than ever. From a 310 blubbering teen to the 245lb athlete you see today. I no longer blame others for my misfortunes. I've learned to respect food and use it for a purpose. My energy levels went through the roof. My confidence soared. I had found my passion.
